Mihaela is an independent commercial arbitrator and domain name panelist. She is a Romanian qualified lawyer with over 23 years of experience in various business sectors and law areas such as IP, technology, M&A, climate change, oil & gas.
Mihaela acts as panelist on domain names, having solved over 360 UDRP disputes under the WIPO rules and the rules of the Asian Domain Name Dispute Resolution Centre in Hong Kong.
She also regularly acts as arbitrator or counsel in commercial and investment arbitrations under various domestic or international rules, such as those of the Court of International Commercial Arbitration attached to the Romanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, ICC, VIAC, ICSID, UNCITRAL.
