Igor is a partner and founder of “Motsnyi IP”, an international IP consulting firm based in Belgrade, Serbia. Igor has over 23 years of experience in international IP, trademarks and domain names.
He is a UDRP panelist at the CAC and the ADNDRC and a URS examiner at MFSD, Milan.
Igor represents various clients in international trademark matters and successfully represented both complainants and respondents in UDRP disputes. Igor is a co-author of “UDRP Perspectives” (together with Zak Muscovitch), a curated collection of up-to-date case law and commentaries on the UDRP.
