Claire is a dual-licensed lawyer (Australia and Texas) specialising in intellectual property and international commercial law. She leads her team as a co-owner of HSS IPM, a Swiss-based IP consultancy, and also serves as Legal Counsel for the growing Zurich and Amsterdam based biotech scale-up, Cradle.bio.
Claire has represented clients in domain name proceedings under the UDRP and various ccTLD dispute resolution policies, and is a domain name dispute panelist at the CAC, CIIDRC, FORUM and ADNDRC. She has held in-house IP portfolio leadership roles for global brands and has co-organized industry events, presented at international conferences and webinars, and contributed thought leadership across the IP and wider legal communities. Claire holds an LL.M. in U.S. Law from the University of Houston Law Center, as well as law and business degrees, and is fluent in English and German.
Outside of work, she enjoys family time, running, hiking and travel.
