Oscar Benito is a solicitor and trademark attorney in UK and Spain, and leads the Trademarks, Brand Protection and Copyright team at BioNTech. Oscar is a CITMA Council member and chairs the CITMA WIPO Liaison Working Groip with the goal to make the WIPO systems more user friendly.
Oscar is a member of the Advisory Board for Jonathan’s Voice, a charity aiming to reduce the stigma associated with mental health issues within the IP profession.
