Milan has handled a great number of complex contentious matters, and he also advises on cross-border infringement and unfair competition matters. His work nowadays focuses on providing strategic advice to clients on portfolio management, trademark searches and brand protection strategies. As a representative of some of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies, Milan has also become involved in regulatory affairs and has gained in-depth knowledge in that field.
