Magda Irimia

Magda Irimia is a seasoned attorney specializing in intellectual property law, with expertise in trademarks, industrial designs, patents, and copyright, as well as cyber law and data protection. A member of the Bucharest Bar Association since 2002, she is a certified Romanian and European trademark, industrial design, and patent attorney. She holds a law degree from the University of Bucharest and a master’s in business law from a joint program with Paris I University Pantheon-Sorbonne. Actively engaged in professional organizations such as ASDPI, INTA, and IAPP (CIPP/E), she represents ASDPI in the Working Group for GPAI Codes of Practice. With extensive experience advising Romanian and multinational companies, she focuses on IP strategy and legal challenges related to new technologies and digital innovation.
